All of the foundation block layed except for access for the dump truck so fill could be backed in and dumped on the inside of the foundation walls

The back 2 pads are filled and leveled. Forms are going on to pour the back 20x28 pad.

Notice the access for the dumptruck is completed now and the gravel fill is now being moved and leveled with a shovel and a rake,

$The \"cement mixer sent from heaven\" was borrowed from our neighbors and freinds at Victory Compassion. with out it you mix it by hand on the ground and then shovel it into wheelbarrows.$

The forms have been stripped from the back pad and are now in place on the front pad and just a little more fine grading to level it up before we pour.

Here we go on the front pad. 24 bags of cement 5 to 6 times as much gravel and 15 gallons of water per bag of cement.

Notice the hand pump and the 2 guys at the well on the left. The power is out that day so all the water for the concrete is had to be hand pumped today.

We are rocking and rolling now. We had improved our system so that we could mix a batch on concrete in about 5 or 6 minutes

5 or 6 wheelbarrow load to move per batch of concrete.

Peter signalling we are working on pad # 2. His buddy James and himself arrived at the perfect time to help pour the 3 pads. There strength, youthfulness and enthusiasm where a boost!

We began to improve our system. We put gravel into buckets while the last batch was mixing. Then poured the buckets into the cement mixer.

Two guys lift the bag up to the cement mixer and then a third guy punches the bag from behind. The bag then explodes in to the mixer

Peter is showing his sunburn. The skin of the blancs as we are called suffered sunburn, heat rash, blisters and mosquuito bites.

We just turned them loose on the block this is the second day they worked on it

we where a little hardup for materials believe it or not we had to scab the scabs

it was wonderful having a flat non rocky non slipperry surface to work on

We poured 1 cap at a time because that is all the material we had for forms but we poured 2 a day

the 3rd day on the caps 4 caps are now done and the first cap on this day is setting up in the back

the last cap on the foundation in the front was setting up and we where effectively done
